Matters Needing Attention During Operation Of Screw Oil Press

1. Foreign matters are strictly prohibited to enter the chamber of the helical oil press, and it is strictly prohibited to use hands or iron bars to enter the hopper to remove materials;

2.When the screw oil press is stuck, it is strictly prohibited to start the machine forcibly.

3. When adjusting the thickness of the cake:

(1) Adjustment shouldn’t be too fierce, in order to avoid the load suddenly increase and the cake head contacts with the cake, resulting in the machine stuck, damage to the parts, burn out the motor;

(2) During the operation of the oil press, don’t excessively loose the adjusting handle to avoid falling off the front support and making the screw unable to be loaded;

4.After adjusting the cake thickness, lock the thread.

5. Don’t repeatedly press the processed dry cake, that usually jam the machine.

6. After inverting the oil press, please check the elastic cord in outlet. Loose cord would cause the screw to be disjointed and the main machine to be stuck.

7. For new machines and reassembled machines: After primary processing when temperature of the standby decreases, should fasten the pull rod to avoid looseness of the elastic cord.

8. When replacing the press cloth, press the filter cylinder into the groove of the rubber ring, otherwise air will leak and damage the press cloth.

9. When the inlet valve is closed, don’t start the vacuum pump. An if you don’t close the vacuum pump, don’t close the inlet valve.

10. During heating up the oil press, don’t put material into machine. 

11. If oil press isn’t working for several days, the main shaft should be carefully run-in before starting up again.
